The USHER MINISTRY is a helping-hands ministry, ready to assist the worshiper and worship leader so that worship is as meaningful and distraction-free as possible.
- Ages: High School through Adult; Newcomers welcome!
- Purpose: To glorify God by assisting worshipers and by ensuring a worshipful atmosphere
- Qualifications Include:
- Alert – looks for ways to help
- Loves people; enjoys welcoming them and helping them
- Personable
- Responsibilities Include:
- Greets worshipers & passes out bulletins
- Assists with seating as necessary
- Completes headcount of those attending
- Assists with communion
- Collects the offering
- Assists with distractions & emergencies
- Ideal For:
- Those who love people & love to help them
