
The safety of your children is important to us! That's why we require that our ministry staff fill out application forms, submit to a background check and receive annual "Reducing the Risk" training! We have also implemented a policy of checking in & checking out children, 5th grade and under, from classes each week.
We now have a brand new, computerized method of check-in/check-out. In order to switch over, we need parents to begin setting up their own profiles. (CLICKHERE TO GO TO THE WEBSITE AND START YOUR OWN PROFILE.) The system is web-based, and allows the parents to set up a profile, with all the pertinent information about their children - age, approved guardians for pick-up, allergies, etc. This information is on a secure, encrypted website, and you may use your profile at any facilities (daycare, etc.) that also use KidCheck. You and only you (with your password), may change your child's information should information such as allergies or approved guardians need to be updated.
You will be issued a keytag for convenience, or you may log-in with your information. This system will print nametags with allergy information on them and will even notify you via text on your cell phone when your child is checked in or out (if you have selected that option when setting up your profile.).
